RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY
We do not refund sale items.
We do not refund original shipping fees.
We must receive your items in original condition with all packaging in tact and undamaged.
Product must not be used and must not be damaged in any way.
Due to hygiene reasons, we don’t offer refunds on makeup brushes, lip gloss or lipstick.
Any product sent back to us must be packaged to protect it in transit.
Any product we receive back damaged or broken (including the product packaging) will be sent back to you and no exchange or refund will be processed.
After Backstage Babe has received and confirmed that your item meets our Returns and Exchange Policy we’ll send you an
email to notify you that your refund or exchange has been processed.
Please note we do not refund sale items. We may provide you with an in-store credit for sale purchases.
HOW TO RETURN/EXCHANGE
Request your return authorisation number by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org
within 7 days of receiving your order. This will allow time to ensure we receive the authorised return within 14 days of purchase.
No refunds or exchanges will be accepted after this period.
Please include in the email your order number, and which item(s) you would like to exchange/refund.Once your refund/exchange has been approved we will send you an email with your return authorisation number.Complete the returns & exchange form (click here to download a returns form)
and send to the below address with the returned item/s within 14 days of purchase. For exchanges you will need to post the product/s back to us and include a self-addressed return post bag. Any exchange not sent with a return post bag will be refunded. You may exchange for any item of your choice (subject to availability).

Once we have received your return, we will notify you by email and process your refund/exchange within 3 business days (please allow up to 10 business days for your refund to show in your account).Refunds will be made to the original purchaser’s credit card or PayPal account. Return shipping must be prepaid via traceable method (we recommend Australia Post pre-paid satchels for Australian orders and registered post for international orders) to ensure safe and documented delivery. We cannot accept responsibility for any returns that are lost or damaged in transit.
